We are delighted to announce that our 3 companies, Grid Xitek, GX Environmental and GX Systems have gone through a successful management buyout.
The former directors are remaining within the business in a variety of roles, with former Managing Director, Mark Helmich, taking on the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
Mark Helmich said: “We are pleased to see the business continue under the helm of the new management team, who themselves have over 100 years combined experience with the GX Group, and whose fresh thinking and technical excellence will propel GX to even greater heights.”
