Many tankered wastewater management companies rely on our software and in-field loggers to help day-to-day operations run smoothly. In an industry with so many opportunities for error, where a single fault and its knock-on effects can quickly cost thousands, efficiency is everything.
Our goal has always been to offer clients tools that enable them to operate as profitably as possible. Our in-field loggers have a key role to play – among other things helping to quality-control the collection and discharge of sludge – but our management software, Tidon3, is the eyes, ears and beating heart behind every operation.
SOFTWARE ENHANCED WITH HELPING HANDS
As a business, we have always seen our agility as an advantage, so when we decided it was time to upgrade Tidon, we did so deliberately – with an open mind and a collaborative approach.
We worked closely with key clients, taking time to understand what was or wasn’t working for them, and what they needed to optimise their operations and plant performance. We built that input into the design process.
Alongside fundamental upgrades – such as enhanced login security – we improved usability and functionality, introducing a cleaner, more intuitive interface with new personalisation options.
FLEXIBILITY KEY TO FUNCTIONALITY
Perhaps, though, the most important upgrade is the flexible development platform on which Tidon3 is built. Our clients have always valued our ability to customise. But previously, it took time. Now, with Tidon3, we can be far more responsive to our clients’ evolving needs. In doing so, we’re helping to ensure their businesses operate as efficiently and productively as possible.
A SMOOTH AND SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH
When we launched Tidon3 in August 2025, we encouraged our clients to make the switch. Naturally, we had a few teething issues, but we’re thrilled to say that all our clients have now successfully made the transition – and so far, so good.
With Tidon3, the sky’s the limit. We can now customise to any specification – delivering bespoke tools for maximum operational visibility and insight, while remaining agile to meet our clients’ evolving needs and ideas.
