GX’s sister company, GX Environmental is looking to expand their field service team in the south of England. For nearly 40 years, GX Environmental has been installing and maintaining monitoring systems for the reception of tankered waste. With clients spanning the southern counties they looking to recruit two field service engineers to assist with reactive and routine maintenance of the systems.
“We work with several clients throughout southern England who run wastewater disposal sites,” says Dale Crewe, field service manager. “As we are based in South Wales, we are looking to further support our clients through team members at ground zero. We have two vacancies; one a permanent role, the other a part-time role of up to 16 hours a week, servicing our monitoring, logging and management systems.”
The roles would suit practical problem solvers, who are interested in starting a new role. Ideally, as Dale notes, an engineering background with experience in electrical, mechanical and electronics would be useful.
“As well as providing ongoing support for our clients we need people within the vicinity who can address issues quickly, as our clients rely on our equipment to keep their wastewater sites operational,” confirms Dale.
“Our part time role might suit someone looking to scale back, whilst our full-time role has the opportunity for career progression, moving into a senior position engineer or technical support role.
