Following a three-day course, Eve Bowen has qualified as a first aider. She joins Allan Trebble, as one of two appointed people at GX qualified to provide emergency first aid at work, should the need arise.
“It was a great course during which I learnt how to apply first aid to a range of injuries and illnesses,” commented Eve. “I just hope that I’m not called on too often!”
Amongst her many duties as an administrator at GX, Eve is also a fire warden, responsible for emergency evacuation in the event of fire.
