We know what our clients require, and understand how to optimise a product’s performance to ensure it operates effectively and reliably in the harshest operating environments. The team at WaterSam was happy to work with us to develop water samplers capable of delivering results in the applications where others had failed.
A perfect partnership emerges
WaterSam was founded in 1996 by former employees of Edmund Bühler GmbH, the one-time market leader in the sampler industry.
When we came across WaterSam in 2005 we immediately recognised the qualities and principles inherent in their team and their products. They, in turn, were receptive to our interest, opinions and expertise, and willing to work with us to evolve and enhance their products. This led to GX becoming WaterSam’s UK distributor – a relationship that has gone from strength to strength.
Future-proofed for evolving markets
From day one it was clear that WaterSam’s automatic water samplers had the potential to be best-in-class. Through working together and progressing the products, it’s a statement we stand by today.
Naturally, a key market has been water utility companies which must maintain wastewater performance levels to retain their operating licences. But as WaterSam’s software evolved, and their product’s reliability proved unrivalled, so word spread. Soon, many large well-known corporations responsible for monitoring their trade effluent adopted WaterSam as their go-to solution for demonstrating their compliance, as set out by the Environment Agency (England), Natural Resources Wales (Wales) and SEPA (Scottland) – the ultimate testament to its performance.
So, with WaterSam now firmly established as one of the UK’s leading automatic water samplers, here’s to growing our relationship further over the coming years.
