Dr. Jeremy Stone

Jeremy is a Physician and Medical Scientist with research interests in intensive care, surgery, blood flow measurement physics and aviation medicine.
Initially working for the NHS Jeremy became an entrepreneur with a variety of interests. Throughout his career he has been an active investor in healthcare, finance and technology businesses, founding many venture stage businesses in healthcare, technology, aviation and financial services.
Through his commercial interests he was introduced to GX in 2000 becoming an independent business advisor, before joining their board as a non-executive director. Jeremy acts as a sounding board, providing professional advice to help shape the direction of the business.
A bit about Jeremy
Jeremy enjoys nurturing people and helping companies reach their true potential. He was instrumental in inviting John Elsden to join GX’s board as Chairman. For the past nineteen years he has enjoyed seeing the company and staff flourish, as well as being able to use his medical background to offer advice for projects.

Jeremy holds an M.B.A and helicopter pilot’s licence. He was one of the final shortlisted British astronaut candidates and the first weightless Welshman.
