In addition to our own team we call on specialist personnel in design, engineering and software in across the entire GX Group.
This enables us to offer a complete consultancy service to develop every aspect of a project, using teams that have worked successfully together across this broad range of disciplines on an array of previous projects.
Specification
Our Environmental engineers work closely with you to draw up a definitive specification which takes into account your particular requirements.
Design
During the course of the consultancy process the Design Engineering division of the GX Group will apply their unique understanding of the systems and their outstanding design capabilities to enhance the solution and reduce costs. This creativity and flexibility ensures the best solution for the client without escalating overheads through involving third parties.
Installation
Our engineers are always directly involved in all installations. For overseas installations we normally use our in-country business partner’s engineers to handle the main installation work, overseen and assisted by a member of the GX Environmental team on site. Our many years of experience enable us to provide accurate information of any pre-installation work necessary to other contractors, ensuring a trouble-free implementation.
Service and support
We provide full after sales service and support. In the UK this is provided by our own engineers but overseas we have established an in-market partner network to ensure all our clients receive the same excellent support and service from local engineers.
We also provide a rapid call-out service, telephone support and bi-annual maintenance routines to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently.
Training
We ensure that the appropriate personnel are trained to adequate levels of competency when it comes to operating the system. We also offer refresher courses to train new staff.
